Saudi Arabia wins the presidency of the “Redesigning Tourism for the Future” working group
The United Nations World Tourism Organization, held in Uzbekistan, announced that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia won the presidency of the “Redesigning Tourism for the Future” working group of the World Tourism Organization, as its selection comes to enhance its pioneering and leadership role in the global tourism sector, and confirm its commitment to directing the sector. Towards a sustainable and prosperous future at a vital moment for the tourism sector, as well as for communities around the world.
Commenting on the Kingdom’s presidency of the work team, Minister of Tourism Ahmed bin Aqeel Al-Khatib thanked the wise leadership for its continued support for the tourism sector and various sectors in the Kingdom.
